Gridwave, PBC (“Gridwave”“we” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy through our compliance with this policy. 

This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may share with us when you visit the Gridwave.co (the “Site”) website or contact us directly. This policy will define our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information.

We collect certain information that you voluntarily provide when fill out a form, apply for a position, or otherwise communicate with us. This information may include personal information such as your name, company name, company address, phone number, and email address.   

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. An IP address is often associated with the place from which you enter the Internet, such as yourInternet service provider. This information is associated with you as an individual. Gridwave may use information about user behavior, user experience, user equipment, computing, and Internet environment to improve the performance of the Gridwave website. Gridwave may also share non-personal information or aggregated data about its users with third parties for research, analytical and marketing purposes. 

This Privacy Policy does not apply to information we collect from you through any in-person or face-to-face interactions we have with you, or through an audio-only telephone conversations, or collected by any third-party website that we may provide a link to or that is accessible from our Site. Gridwave reserves the right to disclose your information in order to cooperate with law enforcement proceedings or governmental investigations, such as in response to legal subpoenas, search warrants, court orders, or other legal processes. 

Gridwave doesnot sell or share personal information to third parties in ways different from what is disclosed in this Privacy Policy. 

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Some web browsers offer a “Do Not Track” feature which lets you tell websites you visit that you do not want to have your online activity tracked. But, such features are not yet uniform across browsers. Our Site is not currently set up to respond to those signals. 

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our Site does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information (“Personal Data”) from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our systems. 

YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS (California's Shine the Light law)
Under California Civil Code Section 1798 (California's Shine the Light law), California residents with an established business relationship with us can request information once a year about sharing their Personal Data with third parties for the third parties' direct marketing purposes. If you'd like to request more information under the California Shine the Light law, and if you are a California resident, you can contact us using the contact information provided on the Site.   

GOOGLE ANALYTICS
We may use Google Analytics or other tools to collect and analyze information about the use of the Gridwave.co. Such tools tracks and reports website traffic on Google.co. Google and other companies use the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data may be shared with other services offered by Google or other companies. These companies may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or similar opt-out add-on.
